Sandy Ford Sportsman Club Meeting Minutes

Officers present: Mike Sineni, Barry Koppen, Bob Lee, Jeremy Lawton, Matt Myers
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.
Members present: 51 people
Pledge of Allegiance
Previous Meeting Minutes: the previous monthly meeting minutes were read by Jeremy Lawton. The
motion made/seconded to accept as read.
Finance Report: the current financial report was submitted by Barry Koppen, read aloud for the record
by Bob Lee. The motion made/seconded to accept as read.
Deceased Members: Larry Bruner and Tom Pedaler Jr.
Old Business:
- Check with Gary Riss at the indoor range for work hours to be done
- Thursday night indoor range sessions are to begin in October
- Officer nominations: Matt Myers for Secretary by Matt Murray
- Voting will take place November Members Meeting
New Business:
- Officers voting 2023
- Added CCL class for first trainers/renewal, Dec. 9th & 10th Info on website
- Need hand sanitizer picked up from lake. Left from kids rodeo.
- Make sure to set alarm and turn off lights at indoor range
- Veterans stand for appreciation by members
New Members: Luke Halterman
Next meeting is January 18th, 2024. At the indoor range
